Three Farmington Hills council members run for 37th district state house seat

Samantha Steckloff, Randy Bruce and Michael Bridges of the Farmington Hills City Council are all seeking the open 37th District seat in the Michigan House of Representatives.

The seat will be left vacant by House Minority Leader Christine Greig, a Democrat who lives in Farmington Hills, in 2020.

State representatives can serve up to three two-year terms. The 37th District represents Farmington and Farmington Hills.
